Annual plans are paid upfront. Prices exclude VAT. At the current 16% rate, monthly totals are KES 13,920 and KES 20,880. A fourth or additional farm is quoted separately.

HerbTrace supports internal release decisions and evidence preparation. It does not replace competent-authority certificates, official controls, laboratory accreditation, or exporter legal review.
